Chimaki, Mochi and Ocha. Those are my favorite desserts. I made Chimaki at hostschool in Japan when it was in Economy Class with my classmates! It was fun to make it together my Japanese friends. It was made by RICE! And it’s delicious! Mochi also made by rice. But it’s different with Chimaki. Mochi is very tough and smooth. I tasted Mochi with Ocha powder spread in above it. I used to eat Chimaki and Mochi and drink Ocha while chatting together my hostfamily, watching TV, and playing traditional Japanese games together my beloved hostfamily. I miss these desserts so ! 😀
